Warranty Claims at Sydney Luggage
We understand that defects happen, and we're here to help. If you purchased your luggage from Sydney Luggage Centre, we offer warranty support to ensure your travels stay smooth.
Visit any of our Sydney Luggage Centre locations with your luggage and purchase receipt for the quickest service. Our team will assess your warranty claim and guide you through the process.
If you're unable to visit a store, please email the following to online@sydneyluggage.com.au:
- CLEAR image of the front of the bag.
- CLEAR image(s) of the area of the bag that there is a problem with.
- CLEAR image of your purchase receipt or bank statement showing date it was purchased from Sydney Luggage.
- Your name and daytime phone number so we can contact you if required.
Sydney Luggage Centre does not perform in-store repairs. If your luggage is covered by warranty, we'll facilitate the repair process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Airline Damage
Damage caused to luggage during transit ( airline damage or carrier damage ) is not covered under most warranties. Please contact the airline/carrier that you last traveled with to make a damaged baggage claim. Most airlines may process a claim within 24 to 72 hours after you have departed the flight or carrier.
